Hello.
When I first got my rig working, the wireless adapter was working just fine.
I tested it once when I set the PC up and it worked fine, and then immediately swapped to an ethernet connection.
HOWEVER, now I am working from home via a laptop, and it has to take an ethernet cable. So I moved the ethernet from my desktop to my laptop, and thought I'd just use wireless for my desktop while I work (if I need to use my desktop).
When I tried to set up the wireless internet all I see is 'No Wireless networks Foud' even though my iPhone and Laptop right beside me can detect multiple Wireless networks.
Anyways, it is really bothering me that it's not working correctly, and I've read online a bit that a certain windows 10 update caused this issue with some people, but I am unable to find a fix for it.
Thank you for reading!

Hello, I am an avid PC gamer, and when my internet goes out I lose my sanity.
So, I was downloading a game this afternoon, and I watched as the download speed slowly dropped: 60mb, 30mb, 5mb, 100kb, 1.2kb and then boom, gone.
Keep in mind, my internet had been working perfectly so far today, and I don't know what happened.
So anyways- after the major performance drop- I restarted the download and everything- but nothing worked. So when I went to Toms Hardware to ask wtf was wrong, I lost all connection.
EVERY OTHER COMPUTER IN MY HOUSE HAS WIFI, but not my laptop. I am presented with the message: 'No Wi-Fi networks found' when I open up the networks tab in the lower left of the screen.
Some info:
- I have a Dell laptop- not sure which kind though, it has an Intel core i5.
- I have AVG Antivirus, and have scanned it twice since the problem started, with no issues
- I have NO networks listed under the Network tab in the lower right, so I can't access the Linksys website by putting in my IP thingy
- I have a Linksys router that has been reset 4 times since the problem, it works for everything but my laptop.
- I have reset my laptop twice, and shut it down for 30 minutes to no avail
- I am sending this from my desktop, which is not a gaming desktop.

Computer Says No Wifi Networks Found Windows 10
Aug 12, 2016 No Wifi Networks are getting found. This problem has started when I installed Ubuntu as my dual boot. Windows 10: No Wi-Fi networks found. The link provided above also applies to Windows 10. If the issue persists, I suggest you to type each of the following commands in Command prompt in by signing in as administrator.
No Wifi Networks Found Windows 10 Lenovo
- To forget wireless network on Windows 10, do the following: Open Settings App and go to Network & Internet. Go to Wi-Fi section and click Manage Wi-Fi settings. Scroll down to the Manage known networks, select your Wireless network and click Forget. After you’ve done that, connect to the same wireless network again.
- So I did the update from the intel website. Which is really weird because I tried to update multiple times through windows itself and it couldn't find an update, however, there was an update available and I did try it. HOWEVER, It still did not fix the No Wireless Networks Found issue.-.
- Fix for WiFi driver issue where Windows 10 can no longer see or connect to visible and available Wi-Fi networks in range is now available. Here’s what you need to do to get around the problem. One of the many problems being faced by those who choose to upgrade to Windows 10 is related to Wi-Fi.
- Suddenly my wifi started showing 'No Networks Found' with a red cross mark on WiFi symbol on taskbar, i had tried several method of fixing it by spending hours on internet but it didn't worked.
